LA HABRA – August 3, 2010 – Countdown to the 2010 La Habra Corn Festival
The 62nd annual La Habra Corn Festival is just around the corner!
Join thousands of happy festival attendees who make this annual event a place to be in August. In addition to food, carnival rides, games, there’s the Corn Festival Parade, with former Dodger baseball greats Jimmy Campanis and Bobby Castillo as Grand Marshall’s, a Baby Contest, a raffle for a car and the Corn Eating Contest.
The La Habra Corn Festival starts Friday August 6, 2010 from 5:30 to 11PM, with the Corn Festival Parade on Saturday at 9:30AM. The festival reopens on Saturday 11AM to 11PM and runs thru Sunday August 8, 2010 11AM to 8PM
Proceeds will be used to support local nonprofits, school groups and sports teams in the La Habra area.
