Loading ...I’ve known Steve Anderson since he won his first council seat in 1992. He was a great leader, quiet but forceful when he had to be. Thoughts and prayers to his wife Josie and entire family.
I mainly knew Steve as the initiater of the “Trees For La Habra Project” and the Sonora High Tree Farm. Because of Steve’s work La Habra now has 100s of extra municipal trees. Solving La Habra’s blight problem, & replacing 1000s of missing municipal trees was one of Steve’s many passions. Starting the La Habra Beautifiction Committee was another Steve Anderson accomplishment. The Trees for La Habra Committeewill plant a tree in his memory.
